– Your experience will be working for commercial fit-out contractors in London. – You will be able to demonstrate excellent management skills, be highly professional, calm under pressure and develop the delivery teams through example. – Be able to oversee and manage multiple projects from 2 – 5 at any given time depending on size and complexity. – You will be commercially aware (They have a team of QS’s) – Your core career will be solely in the fit out and refurbishment sector. – You will be able to plan, programme, manage your time effectively. – You must demonstrate excellent communication skills with colleagues, clients, consultants, sub-contractors (relationships are what makes this company).
– You will have experience in winning work, from tender, interview stage, project award through to delivery. – High standards are required from pre-construction, delivery and handover (They deliver high end quality projects – mainly Cat A / B, values to £5m) – H&S is paramount in your experience
