Lead Project Surveyor – Structural Refurbishment

You’ll take ownership of major refurbishment projects worth £5–35m, shaping delivery with
your commercial insight and building long-term client partnerships that elevate your profile.

The initial project commencing early 2026 is a £9m Refurbishment Project in Mayfair.

Alongside this, you’ll guide and mentor junior surveyors, influencing the next generation while
sharpening your own leadership skills. With access to bespoke training and a clear route to a
Senior Commercial position, you’ll stay ahead of the game without the usual corporate friction.

Work on some of London’s most complex and high-end fit-outs, where your decisions on
procurement, cost planning and contract strategy will directly impact project success and your
career progression.

You will have flexibility in managing your workload and will have a hands-on approach to
collaboration on-site and in the office.

What you’ll do

Lead the financial and contractual delivery of high-value refurbishment projects. You’ll set
budgets, manage profitability, and steer procurement and change control with your
commercial expertise.

Working closely with Project Managers, you’ll ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality
targets—cementing your reputation as a trusted commercial leader.

What you’ll need

• Quantity Surveying Degree or similar, with at least 5 years’ experience in commercial
surveying
• Proven track record managing budgets and contracts on large-scale projects (£5m+)
• Strong background in refurbishment, fit-out or new build, with client-facing experience
