What you’ll do
You’ll provide QS support across Cat A, A+ and Cat B office fit-outs (values to £5m) whilst developing the skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.
As your experience grows, you’ll begin pricing projects up to £500k and take commercial responsibility for schemes up to £300k. By your second year, you’ll be trusted with more complex, higher-value work.
Your workload will increase at a pace that suits you, with structured training and development to ensure you progress confidently without feeling overwhelmed.
