Project Manager – New Position – Cat A / B – SME

You’ll have full control of high-end Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-outs across Central London (projects up to £5m). You’ll be trusted to deliver to your high standards, backed properly by the business, and recognised when you get it right. No box-ticking. No politics. No ego. What you’ll do

You’ll deliver high-end commercial fit-out projects from award to completion, ensuring they’re on time, on budget, and finished to the quality clients expect. That includes:

• Be part of the work winning team.
• Review and interrogate design and buildability – be solution orientated.
• Plan and develop the programme.
• Managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers to keep delivery moving
• Reporting progress and costs to the client and commercial team
• Carrying out inspections so finishes match spec, design intent, and standards
• Owning H&S (risk assessments, RAMS, site compliance)
• Leading snagging through to a clean, defect-free handover
• Keeping accurate records: logs, minutes, change orders and project documentation
• Leading and motivating the site team while improving delivery processes as you go

What you’ll need

• Level 6 NVQ in Construction (or similar)
• Black CSCS
• 2–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience delivering high-end commercial fit-out projects. Not just meeting expectations but surpassing them.
