New Position – Technical Services Manager – Fit-out

Take full control of M&E across multiple high-end fit-out projects and shape delivery with your expertise. You’ll manage several commercial office refurbishments simultaneously, making key decisions that will advance your technical and leadership skills.

Get stuck into early-stage design input and the tender process, where your influence on technical strategy and commercial viability will help shape projects before they reach site. With a flat structure and no layers of management, you’ll work directly with senior decision-makers and avoid the red tape that slows things down.

Your contributions will be visible and valued, giving you a clearer path to Senior TSM as the company grows. And because this is a newly created position, you’ll define how M&E is delivered across the business, leaving your mark on standards, processes, and team development.

What you’ll do

Oversee mechanical and electrical installations on commercial office fit-outs, ensuring technical integrity, quality, and compliance. You’ll act as the link between design, project management and delivery, resolving technical challenges and keeping everything on track.

You’ll also manage M&E subcontractors, making sure work is completed to the right standard and within the programme. On top of that, you’ll be involved in commissioning, ensuring systems are fully operational and meet client requirements.

What you’ll need

• An HND or BEng in Building Services Engineering
• Strong experience in M&E for commercial fit-out projects
• Confidence in managing multiple live projects and subcontractors

They’re specialist refurbishment and fit-out contractors based in London, working on commercial office CAT A and B projects as well as industrial warehousing. Established three years ago, they’ve grown quickly and aim to hit £25m turnover in the next couple of years.
