Project Manager – New Position – Cat A/B Fit-out

What you’ll do

You’ll deliver commercial fit-out projects (Cat A & B) from award to completion, ensuring they’re on time, on budget, and to the required quality.

This includes:

• Managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly
• Reporting progress and costs to the client and commercial team
• Conducting inspections to ensure finishes meet design specs and standards
• Overseeing health and safety, including risk assessments and RAMS
• Leading snagging to ensure a clean, defect-free handover
• Keeping accurate records, logs, minutes and change orders
• You’ll also lead and motivate the site team, promoting best practices and refining delivery processes.

What you’ll need

• Level 6 NVO in Construction (or similar qualification)
• Black CSCS card
• 2-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager (or Site/Construction Manager ready to step up)
• Proven experience managing high-end commercial fit-out projects
